METHOD
Rub
together the flours and the butter. Mix in 180g of the grated cheese.
Add the milk and mix thoroughly until a sticky dough is formed.
Tip out on a lightly floured surface and roll out with a rolling
pin until approximately 2cm thick.
Divide with a pizza cutter into 10 squares of roughly 6cm.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the squares.
Bake
at 2500C for 9-10 minutes in the centre of the oven.
TIP: Make sure your oven is hot enough
or your scones will not rise! |
